Publishing
Who actually signs outside developers’ games on Steam: how active each publisher is, how its releases do and whether it takes pitches. A directory, a finder that ranks publishers for your game and a board for your conversations. Free with sign-in.

- Who is listed. Publishers with three or more games from outside developers; by default only active ones, with two or more releases in the last 24 months.
- Filters. Genre (any tag on their releases of the last three years), size (median reviews per release, from under 50 to 5k+), pitch status and activity. The link keeps them.
- Lift — how their releases of the last three years do against published games of the same niche and year: ×2 means twice the reviews of a typical one. Shown when at least five releases can be measured.
- Duds — the share of their releases that stayed under 10 reviews.
- Grade — one score from 0 to 100 with a letter (S from 90, A from 80, B from 65, C from 50, D below) built from outcomes, reliability, activity, player rating and how recently they released.
- Pitch status — OPEN, SELECTIVE, CLOSED or DEFUNCT, from the publisher’s own submission page; a dash means we have not found a channel.
Publisher page

- Tiles — signing activity, the three-year track record and players in their games right now.
- Grade — the five parts of the score against the median publisher of the same size.
- Working with developers — how to submit, what their form asks for, the services they offer and the genres they want, with the date it was checked.
- Pitch kit — opened from the finder with your tags: how many of their releases share your tags, how those did, their titles closest to yours and the facts ready to copy into a pitch.
- History — releases per year, how their releases landed by reviews, their genres and the full list of announced and released games.

Finder

- Enter your tags (up to five) and the scale you are aiming for, from a first game to AA.
- The score adds up genre fit (40%), scale fit (25%), activity (15%), an open pitch channel (12%) and player rating (8%). Only publishers who released something in the last two years and shipped a game in your tags in the last three are ranked; the top 30 are shown.
- Track puts a publisher on your board with your tags; Pitch kit opens their page with the facts for your game.
Pipeline

- Six columns: Shortlist, Pitched, In talks, Offer, Signed, Passed. Drag a card, or click it to move it, leave a comment and see its history.
- Reminders. A card that has sat in Pitched for two weeks asks whether to follow up; a shortlisted publisher that closed submissions or shut down is marked.
- The board is saved to your account and opens from any browser. Export downloads it with the full history; removing a card deletes its history too.
